Sports & Performance Rehabilitation Helping recreational and competitive athletes recover safely and return stronger.
Women's & Pelvic Health Supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and pelvic health concerns.

Sol Attapour is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) member who holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and Psychology. She brings together over 12 years of healthcare experience and more than 13 years in the fitness industry, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, behaviour, and performance.

She currently works within NHS Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Orthopaedic Fracture Clinic services, assessing and rehabilitating patients with a wide variety of injuries and conditions. Her approach is evidence-based, holistic, and tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery.

A lifelong athlete, Sol developed an early appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation through competitive sport. This personal experience continues to shape her clinical practice, giving her insight into the physical and psychological challenges that accompany injury and recovery.

Sol has extensive experience treating sports injuries in both recreational and competitive athletes, including tendon disorders, ligament injuries, joint instability, soft tissue injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She combines physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles, injury prevention strategies, and structured return-to-sport programmes to help patients recover safely and confidently.

She has a particular interest in chronic pain rehabilitation and adopts a biopsychosocial approach when working with complex conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain, neck pain, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Through education, graded rehabilitation, behavioural strategies, and personalised goal setting, she empowers patients to regain function and improve their quality of life.

Sol also has specialised training and a strong passion for women's health and pelvic health physiotherapy. She supports women throughout pregnancy, the postnatal period, menopause, and beyond, helping manage pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Her background in Psychology and previous experience working within mental health services further enhance her ability to understand the emotional and behavioural aspects of rehabilitation, particularly for people living with persistent pain or complex conditions.

Alongside her clinical work, Sol is an experienced mentor and leader who supports junior colleagues, contributes to multidisciplinary collaboration, and is committed to continuous professional development and service improvement.

Above all, Sol is passionate about empowering people through education, movement, and rehabilitation, helping every individual feel stronger, move better, and live with greater confidence.
