About Sol

Sol Attapour is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) member who holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and Psychology. She brings together over 12 years of healthcare experience and more than 13 years in the fitness industry, combining clinical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, behaviour, and performance.

She currently works within NHS Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Orthopaedic Fracture Clinic services, assessing and rehabilitating patients with a wide variety of injuries and conditions. Her approach is evidence-based, holistic, and tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery.

A lifelong athlete, Sol developed an early appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation through competitive sport. This personal experience continues to shape her clinical practice, giving her insight into the physical and psychological challenges that can accompany injury and recovery.

Sol has extensive experience treating sports injuries in both recreational and competitive athletes, including tendon disorders, ligament injuries, joint instability, soft tissue injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She combines physiotherapy with strength and conditioning principles, injury prevention strategies, and structured return-to-sport programmes.

She also has a particular interest in chronic pain rehabilitation, using a biopsychosocial approach for complex conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic low back pain, neck pain, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). Through education, graded rehabilitation, behavioural strategies, and personalised goal setting, she empowers people to regain function and improve quality of life.

Sol's specialist training and passion for women's health and pelvic health physiotherapy allow her to support women throughout pregnancy, the postnatal period, menopause, and beyond. Her compassionate approach combines education, exercise therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy where appropriate, and lifestyle advice.
